How to Configure SSO Infographic

Background: I designed this infographic to help customers navigate the complicated SSO process when setting up their tenants. I took 40+ pages of confusing and partially outdated technical documentation and synthesized the key points into this overview graphic. I then created step-by-step guides for the three phases of the process outlined in the image. I validated technical findings with subject matter experts and reviewed the final design with our Creative Director. This resource significantly decreased the amount of time our customer service team spends assisting customers on this process and led to a significantly improved customer experience.

I worked with leadership on Seismic’s Customer Education team to create an illustration that encompasses the team’s mission and vision. This project kicked off the creation of a sub-brand for the team. Every element of the final illustration is my own original artwork.

Seismic went through a rebranding which included developing new mission, vision, and values. I created this visual story to show how every Seismic value leads to the next and makes the next one possible. The three-person team working together to ascend toward each new frame was inspired by the “we” statements of the mission, vision, and values - a clear emphasis on teamwork and being in this together. I decided to give the entire composition an upwards trajectory to represent our commitment to igniting growth both for Seismic and our customers.
The illustration has been used for internal materials in both web and print.
